Savus, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides information about how we gather, use, share and safeguard your Personal Information (as defined below). Our Privacy Policy also outlines and the options available to you regarding collection and use of your Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information gathered or used in offering our services ("Services") and on www.savus.tech, along with any other website, application, or social media channel managed by Savus or our affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Site and Services"). By using the websites, products, or services offered by Savus, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with any of our policies, please stop using our sites, products, or services immediately.


1. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

"Personal Information" refers to data that can identify or be associated with a specific person. Personal Information may include, without limitation:

  • Data such as a name, user ID, password, email, phone number, address, driver’s license, and Social Security or Federal Employee identification numbers;

We use Log File Information to help secure our Site and Services, identify potential vulnerabilities or cybersecurity threats and analyze the effectiveness of our Site and Services.

Primarily, we share data to fulfill service requests. Except as stated here or with your consent, Personal Information remains confidential. Specifically, we don't sell it. The following details where and why we might disclose Personal Information:

  • Specific sets of Personal Information as referred to in subdivision (e) of the California Civil Code Section 1798.80;

Over the past 12 months, some online advertisers might have utilized and shared Personal Information that was transmitted automatically from our Site and Services. This action could be considered a "sale" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We therefore grant you the option to decline this "sale" of Personal Information, as detailed below.

(b) Privacy Rights for Californians. California residents are entitled to the below rights:

You may also request information regarding the types of Personal Information shared for business reasons and the third-party categories in the year before your query.

Right to Opt-Out: You can decline certain Personal Information disclosures to third parties if they are considered a "sale" under California regulations. As previously indicated, we've permitted advertisers in the past year to gather specific details from our platform and services for use in enhancing their targeted advertising frameworks. Whether or not this constitutes a "sale," you can decline interest-based advertising as described above.

Please specify the right you are invoking and provide your contact details for our reply. To fulfill your request, we will need to confirm your identity. If we cannot verify you from the information you initially provide us, we may need to request additional details for identity verification. Information you provide for this identity verification process will be used only for this purpose, and will not be shared or stored for any other purposed. You are entitled to non-discriminatory treatment by any business when you exercise your California privacy rights as outlined under the CCPA.


9. MINORS’ PRIVACY.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. In the event that we learn that we have accidentally collected Personal Information from a minor we will immediately take steps to delete that information.


10. OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

We are not accountable or responsible for the actions of third-party providers, nor are we responsible for any data or content found on websites or services connected to or from our platform, Site or Services. Links to external sites do not constitute or imply our endorsement. We recommend that you research and assess all potential implications before sharing personal information with such third parties.


11. REVIEW, MODIFY, OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

To request to access, review, modify, or delete your Personal Information, please send a request to compliance@savus.tech. We will review these requests in compliance with all relevant regulations.

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy periodically and we may provide you with notice of material changes to the Privacy Policy as appropriate. Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to this Privacy Policy will apply immediately upon posting.
